Valley Street Photography retains exclusive ownership and rights to all images. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs without the Photographer’s permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Please allow two to four weeks for completion of your photographs. After that time, images will be available for download via an online gallery. CDs or flash drives of images are available for purchase for an additional fee and will be sent upon completion.
Digital images are provided to you as finished, color-corrected, individual pieces of art. Please print and display AS IS and do not alter colors, tones, or the overall image in any way. Although a print release is included in your session fee, Valley Street Photography cannot guarantee the quality of work printed outside of my professional lab. Clients who choose to print on their own assume responsibility of the print quality. I use my artistic judgment to select the images edited. Images not selected are purged and are not available for viewing.
Cameras (including camera phones) are strictly prohibited during your session. Valley Street Photography reserves the right to discontinue a session without refund if any camera devices are used without permission.
In the event of illness or inclement weather, rescheduling may be necessary. I will work with you to find a mutually convenient date. Repeated cancellations or cancellations with little or no notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
We all have good days and bad days. Children and babies are no exception. While I strive to work with your family to create a fun environment to capture your child’s sweet smile and dazzling personality, sometimes the timing just isn’t right. In these rare cases, a follow-up session may be scheduled at my discretion.
I understand that some family members may not be as excited as others to participate in family photos but cannot be held responsible for uncooperative husbands and moody teenagers. Reshoots will not be offered if you are displeased with the resulting photos.
